UNITTA TENTION METER U 508

Measurement of belt or wire tension closely related to the life of the belt. It has so far greatly depended on the measurer’s scent, and sometimes involved rather a significant individual difference in the measurement result.
Now the sonic bet tension meter has been developed in order to allow anybody to make measurements easily and correctly. Acoustic wave (natural frequency) generated from a belt is captured by a sensor and is processed by a high-performance computer. Belt tension is accurately displayed in digital mode.
Upon our customer’s request, a bigger LCD is equipped in UNITTA TENTION METER U 508, which shows extended information. It was developed again more friendly to users. It also incorporates a lot of new features such as improved sensitivity of the microphone and an extended area of frequency and further realizes a cost/performance ratio greater than so far.
